Our policy lasts 4 business days from delivery of your item. If 4 business days have gone by since you've received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in it's the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require an email to be sent to kileybeechildrensboutique@gmail.com. Once received, we will respond within 24 hours. 

A STORE CREDIT will NOT be given if the product is worn, torn or damaged by the customer. 

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 3 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be given a store credit. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

We currently do not accept Exchanges. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit it will only be in the amount of the item plus taxes. 

If  shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
